Kind of need some feedback from fellow metalheads here:

I'm a fan of both Black and Funeral Doom metal genres... but the kicker is, along with every other cluster fuck of crossover syles that emerge every week, I stumbled upon some interesting bands that combine both of these styles into one.

Examples: The Austrasian Goat, Furva Ambiguitas, and another band -- which is surprisingly good -- called Dictator.

Any opinions of these bands/genres? I've fooled around a little in the past with these two styles but never thought of combining the two of them into a specific sound. I'm very interested in trying to, though.
